Section 2520 Section 2520.540  Toll Collection Devices − Penalty for Breaking Any Person who willfully, maliciously and forcibly breaks any mechanical or electronic toll collection device of the Authority or any appurtenance thereto with intent to commit larceny shall be deemed guilty of a Class 4 felony [605 ILCS 10/28].
