Tollway Employees

Section 2520.800  Tollway Employees Employees of the Authority are not subject to the Illinois Civil Service Rules (80 Ill. Adm. Code 1).   Except for those employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement that provides otherwise, Authority employees are "at will" employees.
