Rub Rails

Section 442 Section 442.260  Rub Rails a)         There shall be one rub rail located approximately at seat level which shall extend from the rear of the entrance door on both sides to a point of curvature at the rear of the body. b)         Rub rails shall be constructed of 16-gauge longitudinally corrugated or ribbed steel, ventilated, four inches minimum width, and securely fastened to the body by bolts, rivets, or welding.
