Request for Hearing

Section 446 Section 446.604  Request for Hearing a)         If an operator elects to request a hearing, he shall submit a written request to the Director.  The request must: 1)         State the name and address of the operator and of the person signing the request if different from the operator; 2)         State with respect to each allegation whether it is admitted or denied; and 3)         State with particularity the issues to be raised by the operator at the hearing. b)         After a request for hearing which complies with the requirements or paragraph (a) of this Section, the Director schedules a hearing within 60 days. c)         The Director may grant extension of the time of the commencement of the hearing for good cause shown.
