Appeal

Section 446 Section 446.607  Appeal Any party aggrieved by a presiding officer's decision and order issued under Section 446.606 may file an appeal with the Secretary.  The appeal must be filed within ten days of service of the presiding officer's order.  A decision by the Secretary is administratively final.
