Section 450.170 Filing of
Responsive Pleadings
Responsive pleadings in answer
to the notice and complaint which have been filed and served upon a party
defendant in accordance with Section 450.160 shall be filed with the Director
of the Division of Traffic Safety of the Department of Transportation.
