Section 454 Section 454.610  Motions a)         Any party to a proceeding may make an application to the presiding officer for an order in the form of a motion. b)         Motions shall be in writing, shall state with particularity the grounds therefor and shall set forth the relief or order sought.  The rules applicable to document specifications shall apply to all motions.
