Purpose

Section 458 Section 458.1000 Purpose a)         This Part prescribes the pretrip inspection requirements a school bus driver must follow each day a school bus is operated. b)         The procedures prescribed in this Part are minimum requirements.  School bus owners or operators may dictate more stringent requirements for the pretrip inspections of school buses.
