Incorporation by Reference

Section 518.30  Incorporation by Reference This Part incorporates by reference 49 CFR 24, except subpart B, as of October 1, 2007, that is the basis and guideline for the development of the Division's policy for highway projects for which federal financial assistance may be requested and for relocation assistance advisory services and payments for persons, businesses, farms or nonprofit organizations displaced as a result of those projects.  49 CFR 24 is incorporated as a part of this Part and is effective as indicated, not including any later amendments or editions.  Copies of the appropriate materials are available from the Division of Highways, Central Bureau of Land Acquisition, Room 210, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield , Illinois 62764 or by calling 217/782-6243.
