Section 520.40 Establishment
of New Yards
No one shall establish a
junkyard or scrap processing facility within the zone of control unless it is:
a) Located within a zoned or unzoned industrial area, or
b) located outside of a zoned or unzoned industrial area, but
screened so as not to be visible from the main traveled way.
