Section 522 Section 522.180  Standards for Signs Advertising the Sale or Lease of Property on which they are Located In addition to the standards set forth in Section 522.150, the following standards apply to signs advertising the sale or lease of property on which they are located along interstate highways outside business areas : a) There may not be more than one such sign designed to attract traffic on the highway proceeding in any one direction. b)         Such signs may not exceed twenty feet in length, width or height or one hundred fifty square feet (Section 4.02(a) and (b) of the Act) in area, including border and trim, but excluding supports.
