Section 530 Section 530.220  Departmental Standards a)         The permittee shall operate in a Department approved, as defined in Section 530.30, manner for traffic control, for use of the right-of-way, and for cleanup and restoration in a timely manner in accordance with Sections 530.240 and 530.250. b)         The Department's standards may be communicated in either written or spoken directives.  A spoken directive shall be followed by a consistent written confirmation within 15 calendar days.
