As-Built Plans

Section 530 Section 530.300  As-Built Plans If the permitted facility is not placed as shown in the application, the permittee shall submit a set of as-built plans to the Department's District Office within 90 days after the completion of the permitted work.  If as-built plans deviate from the permit, such deviation shall be identified and shall be treated as a request for variance in accordance with Section 530.130.  If the Department does not reject the as-built plans within 90 days after their receipt, they will be considered approved.  If the Department disapproves the as-built plans, then the permittee shall either remove the facility from the right-of-way or modify the facility so that it conforms to the permit.
