Section 532 Section 532.20  Guidelines a)         The Bureau of Maintenance manual, subject as above, is designated as this Part. b)         The regulations and standards published in this manual govern the construction of mailbox turnouts on State and County highways. c)         The regulations and standards are not applicable to the construction of mailbox turnouts on Road District highways.
