Section 554 Section 554.105  To Whom Permits are Issued Permits are issued to a person, firm or corporation that owns and operates the transporting vehicle or that operates the transporting vehicle under a bona fide lease agreement (including any permittee "Doing Business As", for example, Sam Collins D/B/A Sam's Transport, and Barite LLC D/B/A Bubbles Transportation).
