Section 554 Section 554.205  Permits for Repeated Moves Directly Across a Highway The distinguishing features of this type of permit are: a)         The moves will be repetitive; b)         The moves will be made directly across a State-maintained highway; c)         The moves will be made in the course of industrial, construction, research, or testing activity; d)         The vehicles to be moved or utilized or the objects to be transported need not be dismantled or disassembled; and e)         Permits will be issued for a period not to exceed 6 months.
