Section 107 TITLE 92: TRANSPORTATION CHAPTER V: ILLINOIS STATE POLICE SUBCHAPTER a: HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TRANSPORTATION REGULATIONS PART 3000 PROCEDURES SECTION 3000.1190 MAXIMUM PENALTIES Section 3000.1190  Maximum Penalties A person who knowingly commits an act that is a violation of any of these regulations is liable for a civil penalty of not more than $10,000 for each violation.  When the violation is a continuing one, each day of the violation constitutes a separate offense.
