Section 107 TITLE 92: TRANSPORTATION CHAPTER V: ILLINOIS STATE POLICE SUBCHAPTER a: HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TRANSPORTATION REGULATIONS PART 3000 PROCEDURES SECTION 3000.1340 PRESIDING OFFICER'S DECISION Section 3000.1340  Presiding Officer's Decision a)         After consideration of evidence, the presiding officer may dismiss the notice of probable violation or issue an order directing compliance.  The order will include a statement of findings and conclusions as well as the reasons therefor on all material issues of fact, law, and discretion. b)         A compliance order issued under this section is effective upon service on the respondent unless otherwise provided therein.
