Section 5.190  Ethics Training for Loan Selection Committee and Fund Control Agent or Agents a)         Members of the Committee and the Fund Control Agent or Agents are required to participate in annual ethics training. b)         Upon completion of the ethics training program, members of the Committee and the Fund Control Agent or Agents must certify in writing that they have completed the training program.
