Confidentiality

Section 5.210  Confidentiality a)         Members of the Committee are required to execute a confidentiality statement agreeing not to disclose any information gained during the course of their service on the Committee. b)         The Fund Control Agent or Agents are required to execute a confidentiality statement agreeing not to disclose any information gained during the course of his/her participation in the program.
