Amounts of and Limits on Capital Assistance Grants

Section 651 Section 651.306  Amounts of and Limits on Capital Assistance Grants The Department is authorized under the Act to make grants to any participant for an amount not to exceed 80% of the proposed eligible capital expenses from the participant's approved program of proposed expenditures.  The Department will make grants to participants for 80% of such capital expenses to the extent that sufficient discretionary funds are available.
