Access to and Retention of Records

Section 653 Section 653.500  Access to and Retention of Records a)         The participant shall make available to any authorized representatives of the Department any and all checks, payrolls, invoices, contracts, vouchers, accounting and financial documents, correspondence, bills, accounts payable and receivable and data pertaining to the participant's operating expenses and revenues. b)         The participant shall maintain all financial records and documents pertaining to public transportation operating expenses and revenues for a minimum period of three years following the last day of the fiscal year or until notification by the Department that the grant is closed, whichever is later.
