Section 1000.230  Juvenile Correctional Facilities The following are designated as the youth centers for juvenile offenders.  Unless otherwise noted, the facilities listed are for males. a)         Youth Centers Illinois Youth Center-Chicago, Chicago Illinois Youth Center-Harrisburg, Harrisburg Illinois Youth Center-Kewanee, Kewanee Illinois Youth Center-Pere Marquette, Grafton Illinois Youth Center-St. Charles, St. Charles Illinois Youth Center-Warrenville, Warrenville (female) b)         Reception and Classification Units Juvenile Reception and Classification Units are established within the following youth centers: St. Charles (male) Harrisburg (male) Warrenville (female)
