Review of Recommended Rulemaking

Section 1175 Section 1175.220  Review of Recommended Rulemaking a)         All recommendations for suggested rulemaking will be reviewed by designated DHS staff. b)         The reviewer may return the recommendation to the originator with a request for more information or because it lacks substance. c)         Recommendations considered appropriate shall be forwarded to the Bureau of Administrative Rules and Procedures (ARP) for further action.
