Section 1175.220Â Review of
Recommended Rulemaking
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â All recommendations for suggested rulemaking will be reviewed
by designated DHS staff.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The reviewer may return the recommendation to the originator
with a request for more information or because it lacks substance.
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Recommendations considered appropriate shall be forwarded to
the Bureau of Administrative Rules and Procedures (ARP) for further action.
