Copying of Records and Fees

Section 1326 Section 1326.520  Copying of Records and Fees a)         The Department will charge fees in accordance with Section 6 of FOIA. b)         The fees for delivery of responsive records other than by First Class U.S. Mail must be borne by the requester.
