Section 1250 Section 1250.140  Application The provisions of this Part shall not apply to any proposal for the enactment, amendment, repeal or alteration of a rule required by any Act, statute, law, court order, appellate decision or order of the Governor, which occurs prior to or subsequent to the effective date of this Part.
