Definitions

Section 1350 Section 1350.10  Definitions "Act" means the Illinois Lottery Law [20 ILCS 1605]. "Department" or "agency" means the Illinois Department of the Lottery. "Director" means the Director of the Department of the Lottery. "Freedom of Information Act" or "FOIA" means the Illinois Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140]. "Lottery" or "State Lottery" means the Lottery established and operated pursuant to the Act.
