Application

Section 150 Section 150.130  Application The provisions of this Subpart shall not apply to any proposal for the enactment, amendment, repeal or alteration to a rule or rules required by an act, statute, law, court order or appellate decision, which occurs prior to or subsequent to the effective date of this Subpart.
