Meetings

Section 1520 Section 1520.100  Meetings Except in cases of emergency, a member of the Commission must be physically present at the time and place of the meeting to be considered in attendance at a given meeting.  In emergency situations members may attend by telephone or video conference so long as at least 3 of the members are physically present and if the persons seeking to attend by telephone or video make arrangements to do so with the Chair in advance.
