Section 1702 Section 1702.10  Qualifications for Currently Employed Hearing Examiners Any person employed by the Illinois Commerce Commission as a Hearing Examiner prior to July 1, 1992, shall be qualified to act as a Hearing Examiner pursuant to Section 10-20 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 127, par. 1010-20).
