Objections to Sufficiency of Complaint

Section 1620.1340 Objections to Sufficiency of Complaint A respondent may file written objections contesting the sufficiency of the complaint within 15 days after service.  For good cause, the Administrative Law Judge may grant an extension of time.  If the respondent fails to object to the complaint, a general denial of the facts set forth in the complaint shall be considered filed.
