Rulemaking Procedures

Section 1620.200  Rulemaking Procedures a)         Rules of the Executive Ethics Commission may be adopted, amended or repealed only by affirmative vote of at least five members of the Commission. b)         Rulemaking of the Commission must be conducted in compliance with applicable provisions of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100].
