30 ILCS 20/8

(30 ILCS 20/8) (from Ch. 102, par. 27) Sec. 8. Where officers are authorized by the constitution to retain their salaries out of the fees, perquisites and emoluments of their offices, this act shall apply only to the amount of such fees, perquisites and emoluments above the amount of said salaries.
