(30 ILCS 352/5) Sec. 5. Definitions. In this Act the following terms shall have the meanings as set forth in Section 3 of the Local Government Debt Reform Act: applicable law, backdoor referendum, general obligation bonds, governing body, governmental entity, limited bonds, and ordinance.
