(30 ILCS 445/35) Sec. 35. Authority for issuance. The authority to issue bonds by a governmental unit under this Act and applicable law for clean energy infrastructure projects and climate resilience projects is in addition to any other authority to issue bonds by a governmental unit provided by law.
