(30 ILCS 500/50-80) Sec. 50-80. Sexual harassment policy. Each bidder who submits a bid or offer for a State contract under this Code shall have a sexual harassment policy in accordance with paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act.
