(30 ILCS 545/3) (from Ch. 127, par. 132.53) Sec. 3. Any person or persons, commissioner or commissioners, or other officer or officers, as aforesaid, may be prosecuted in any circuit court of this state, on complaint of 2 or more reputable citizens being filed in the office of the clerk of said court; such complaint to be verified by affidavits.
