(30 ILCS 605/12) (from Ch. 127, par. 133b13) Sec. 12. The provisions of "The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act", as now or hereafter amended, are hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein as though a part of this Act, and shall apply to all administrative rules and procedures of the administrator under this Act.
