(30 ILCS 708/115) Sec. 115. Certifications and representations. Unless prohibited by State or federal statute, regulation, or administrative rule, each State awarding agency or pass-through entity is authorized to require the recipient or subrecipient to submit certifications and representations required by State or federal statute, regulation, or administrative rule.
