(30 ILCS 708/35) Sec. 35. Conflicts of interest. The Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall adopt rules regarding conflict of interest policies for awards. A non-federal entity must disclose in writing any potential conflict of interest to the pass-through entity in accordance with applicable awarding agency policy. (Source: P.A. 98-706, eff. 7-16-14.)
