(30 ILCS 740/2-15.1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 676) Sec. 2-15.1. Beginning July 1, 1992, every participant, as defined in Section 2-2.02 (1)(a), shall require all gasoline burning motor vehicles operated under its jurisdiction to use, if capable, fuel containing ethanol blended gasoline.
