(30 ILCS 740/3-6) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 694) Sec. 3-6. Each program of proposed expenditures shall, in the case of a system of public transportation owned and operated by a participant, undertake to meet operating deficits and eligible administrative expenses directly.
