(30 ILCS 765/45) Sec. 45. Responsibilities of recipients. With respect to the provision of services funded under this Act, each recipient shall ensure the following: (1) the maintenance of quality service and, where applicable, compliance with the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct; and (2) compliance with this Act in the expenditure of funds.
