(30 ILCS 785/30) Sec. 30. Grantee's compliance with 2000 National Institutes of Health guidelines. If a grantee is in compliance with the 2000 National Institutes of Health guidelines, the grantee shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Act. (Source: P.A. 93-514, eff. 1-1-04.)
