(310 ILCS 5/11) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 161) Sec. 11. No statement of amendment to the articles of incorporation of a housing corporation shall be filed by the Secretary of State unless it shall have endorsed thereon, or be accompanied by a certificate of the approval of the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
