(310 ILCS 5/34) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 184) Sec. 34. Any action, proceeding, or appeal in any court arising under the provisions of this Act, or to which the Illinois Housing Development Authority is a party, shall have priority in hearing and determination over all other proceedings pending in such court, excepting election contests.
