(310 ILCS 5/37) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 187) Sec. 37. The Illinois Housing Development Authority shall not approve the use of land or the erection or use of buildings by a housing corporation in contravention of any zoning or building ordinance or officially adopted plan of the political subdivision of the state in which such land or building lies.
