(310 ILCS 5/9) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 159) Sec. 9. No statement of the issuance of additional stock of a housing corporation shall be filed by the Secretary of State unless it shall have endorsed thereon, or be accompanied by a certificate of, the approval of the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
