(310 ILCS 67/51) Sec. 51. Affordable housing for community college students. A non-exempt local government may develop affordable housing for community college students in coordination with a nonprofit affordable housing developer and the Housing Authority having jurisdiction of the area designated for the proposed affordable housing development.
